Job Description

We are seeking a positive, self-driven, natural born sales person with a desire to make a difference in peoples lives. As our newest insurance sales representative you will sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. As a full-time sales representative you will help individuals, and families Secure their tomorrows.

Salary Range: $50000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Base salary plus Commission/ Bonus

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Maintain knowledge of new products.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Must have ability to multi-task.
• A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
• Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills.
• Problem-Solving Capabilities.
• Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
